Concept Art or 2D design...

Concept Art.

The aim of this unit is to develop your practical skills in drawing game concept art. You will examine how concept art is used within computer games and will use a variety of drawing media to develop skills in observational and experimental drawing. You will use these skills to visualise imagined characters, objects and locations for a game concept and will reflect on the quality of your work.

2D Animation.

This unit focuses on developing your skills in the production of 2D animations using traditional or digital techniques, or a combination of the two. Learners will work on design, character, setting and narrative whilst also developing production techniques. Learners will be encouraged to experiment with both content and technique.

The Start of something AWESOME........

Well i guess this is the first post on my blog and judging by my college course I'm sure it isn't my last post either...
Today we have gone over some seriously hard ADVANCE computering skills such as setting up a Gmail account.. and get this we even made are very own blogger page since i guess you have already worked that one out...
We did also have to put five different captions to three pictures we were given which i found pretty easy yet really really.. challenging? (:
but on a serious note it does show how it can make you think outside the box and see further then what is right in front of you.

maybe tomorrow we mite move on to some more harder stuff such as turning on and off the PC " safely "..

Jai Jai..
